Having a newborn is a major life change. It doesn't matter if this is your first, second, or tenth child. Your routines, availability, and priorities will all change.

The birth of a child can bring up unexpected emotions. Even if the birth went smoothly, you may still feel a sense of loss if it wasn't what you expected. Or, you may feel overwhelmed by the responsibility of caring for a newborn.

Every child is different. Some children are easygoing, while others are more challenging. If your child's temperament doesn't match your own, it can be difficult to meet their needs.

Young children often act out when they're feeling overwhelmed or frustrated. This can be very challenging for parents, especially if they don't understand why their child is acting out.

Traumatic experiences at birth or early childhood can have a lasting impact on a child. If these experiences aren't processed and integrated, they can lead to problems later in life.

I offer in-person and online sessions to support babies, children, and caregivers. We work together to understand your child's needs and develop strategies to help them thrive.
